Kaiser Permanente members nationwide may have their custom compounded medications prepared and dispensed by Valor Compounding Pharmacy and shipped directly to their home as part of a partnership with Kaiser Permanente. For patients with prescription coverage through certain pharmacy benefit managers, copays may be collected directly from patients by Valor prior to compounding medications. If not covered or not eligible, compounded medications will be dispensed on a cash-pay basis. Compounded medications are custom-prepared prescriptions made specifically for your individual needs when a standard medication is not available or appropriate.
Your Kaiser Permanente doctor will send your prescription directly to Valor Compounding Pharmacy.
You’ll receive a text with a secure link to answer onboarding questions and pay. If eligible, you can also sign up for auto-refills.
Once we receive your payment, status updates will be texted to you. Please allow 1–2 business days for most orders to be shipped or picked up.
FedEx will email your tracking number. If you are local and picking up, we will text you when your order is ready.
Once logged in, you can update your profile, manage orders, and complete payment. If applicable, all future refill requests should be ordered directly from Valor Compounding Pharmacy.
