Request a refill through your secure link by using the log in below — the fastest way to get started. You may also request a refill by phone or email at customercare@vcprx.com.
A little notice goes a long way.
For non-sterile compounds, request your refill about a week before you expect to run out. For sterile preparations and controlled substances (including ketamine), request at least two weeks in advance. If your supply is already running low, call us so we can help.
Some situations need a new prescription.
In each of these cases, Valor will coordinate directly with your prescriber when you submit your refill request — you don't need to handle it:
- Your prescriber authorized a limited number of refills and you've used them.
- More than a year has passed since your original prescription was written. Most states cap compounded prescriptions at twelve months from the original date.
- You're refilling a Schedule III controlled substance — including ketamine preparations — and more than six months have passed since the original prescription, or you've already used the five refills federal law permits. Schedule III medications cannot be refilled beyond those limits; a new prescription is required.
- You've changed prescribers.
- Your dose, strength, or formulation is changing.

Order Your Refill
Simply sign in below through the portal. Once signed in, request your refill and pay for your prescription.

Automatic Refills
Want refills monthly? Sign up for auto-refills and never stress about having exactly what you need. *Some exclusions apply.

Prepare Compound
Once we receive your payment, please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be custom compounded, filled, verified, and prepared for shipping or pickup.

Check Your Phone
You will receive status notifications via SMS text messages to your cell phone while your prescription is being prepared within the pharmacy.

Order Ready
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is scanned to be shipped by FedEx. If you are local and picking up, we will text when your order is ready.

Once you sign in, you can order your refill, update your shipping preferences, and process your payment. You may also sign up for the Automatic Refill Program, if eligible. (Note: Controlled substances are not eligible for automatic refills).

Step 2: Click the three lines at the top left of your page.

View past orders
Step 3: While viewing your recent orders, you should see an arrow directly to the right. Please click it and then move on to Step 4.

Confirm and we'll prepare your order
Step 4: While viewing the details of a recent order, you will see an option that says “Request a refill.” Click this option to begin your request for a refill.
Step 5: Continue through the screens to submit your refill request.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I set up automatic refills?
Yes. When you complete your checkout screens, you will be given the option to sign-up for the Autofill Program. You may also ask a pharmacist to enroll you in auto-refill and we'll prepare and ship each fill on a schedule that matches your dosing. We'll also remind you before every shipment — you're always in control of whether a fill goes out.
What if my prescription has no refills left or expired?
We'll contact your prescriber directly to request a new prescription. This usually takes one to two business days. We'll keep you posted if there's any delay on their end.
How do I pay?
You may directly in your secure link or over the phone with a customer care specialist. Pricing is transparent — you'll see your total before we prepare and ship. If you have questions about price, contact us at any time.
